Profile Doctor - Send Us Your Personal Ad By Email

In order for us to edit your profile, first need you to send us a copy. Below you will find several different methods to accomplish this. Make sure your profile is not hidden on the service. This should be in a section of the dating site called something like "Account Settings."

Recommended Method

1) Using your web browser, open up the page with your profile on whichever service you have signed up with. In your browser window menu, go to the File Menu. Select "Save As". Select "Save as type: Web Page only". This will create a single html file which contains your profile. Save the file somewhere easy to find, like your desktop. Do this for every page of your profile. Don't forget your picture pages.

2) Open up a new email message.

3) Attach the html file(s) you just saved to the email.

4) Send the email to orders@profiledoctor.com. Make sure to put your order number in the subject line. Your edited profile will be emailed back to you in 2 business days.

If these methods don't work, you can always email us and we can try alternative methods to retrieve your ad. Make sure your order number is included in all correspondence.
